Negative thinking can drain you and bring you down each day, but in every case of negative thinking, you have made a subconscious choice to give your power away to an external person or situation. But in fact, you are the only person who has complete power over your own thoughts, your own feelings, your own reactions and the choices you make, and when you take back this control, you will have the power to choose your reactions to people and circumstances and negative thinking will no longer dominate your life.

Don’t waste time and energy trying to change what really cannot be changed, instead, concentrate on what can be changed, and that’s you.
