Additional Options

Cancellation and missed appointments:

For all Counselling, Coaching, and Telephone sessions and Hypnotherapy, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation of appointment or change of appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given or you fail to attend your appointment, the fee for the session will still be charged in full.

If you have paid in advance for your first session as new client, and 24 hours notice of cancellation has not been given, your fee will not be refunded. At the discretion of the Therapist, your session can be rebooked. But if you failed to attend the appointment under no circumstances will the fee be refunded.

For your convenience,  outside office hours we have an answer machine, so a message can always be left!

Ordering CDs By Phone:

Call us with your order at  0161 7890547  (outside UK +44 (0)161 7890547) during our opening hours which are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday - Friday. Closed Weekends and Bank Holidays. Please leave a message on our answer phone if you call outside these times.  We will be glad to answer your questions or help you with your order.

CD Delivery and Postage:

We attempt to post your order as soon as we receive it,  other than on bank holidays and weekends. 

We offer the following shipping methods:

First Class Post
First Class air mail Post
Parcel Post for large orders

Post and Packing for CDs is included in the price

Self-Hypnosis Audio CDs and Downloads also available from  www.hypnosisrecordings.net

Returns Policy:


Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Long Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to CDs, because they can be copied.

Faulty Items:

In the unlikely event that your CD is faulty, please return it to us and we will replace it for you free of charge. If the item proves not to be faulty when we receive it, it will be posted back to you and a charge for postage will be made.

When placing an order through our secure order system, your details are passed through a secure server connection. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order.

Forms submitted over this website do not use tracking technology. The details submitted will be processed by Here To Listen and will only be used to send requested information or process a requested order. Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or organizations.
